Vaccinations

This guide can help you understand the vaccines offered in the UK and when to have them. It also explains how they work and why they're safe and important. 

Accessing someone else’s information (Proxy access)

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

Mental Health Practitioner

They will work with you to help imporve your mental health and wellbeing through early intervention, prevention and management of mental health issues, using a range of approaches to achieve this.

GP Social Workers

Issue which affect you social wellbeing may have a significant impact on your physical or mental health. Social Workers can disucss any problems you have and explore what is important to you. They will provide you with practical advice, help and support in order to address these problems

First Contact Physiotherapists

Our First Contact Physiotherapists can be booked directly at reception or a GP may refer you on to this service. They are specifically for initial appointments to triage patients and ensure they are navigated to the correct care.
